The Full Story

In 2019, our family was blessed with the opportunity to purchase our first home. As we searched for just the right place, we decided to compile a list of "must have" and "would like to have" features for the property. This list was written on a single sheet loose-leaf paper. It was a list of our dreams we had compiled over the course of our nearly 20 years together. From 5 years in the Navy from 2001-2007, to living in a trailer after we returned home. From a home renovation which took nearly a year to finally being able to purchase our very own property. If it weren't for God and all of our family and friends, those dreams would have remained exactly that. Dreams. The loose-leaf sheet of dreams soon become the catalyst for all of the options we viewed. And when we found that place nestled in southern Lorain County, Ohio. We knew immediately that we would call our homestead the "Loose Leaf Dreams Homestead".
